At invisibobble, we want you to love your hair accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused invisibobble products in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
